MODE AND OR CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY ARE AS UNDER : -

  • The prospective purchaser will have to give a Letter of Interest even to inspect the hotel premises
    as detailed and mentioned hereunder confirming facts of procuring the property both under me and through you
    in reference and on approval by the owners I will intimate in that regards. 
  • On his approval the prospective purchaser will and shall execute documents with Advocate Arun Berry and
    YOU IN REFERENCE confirming the offered purchase price of the said property and the terms and conditions
    of the sale of the property. THEREAFTER Memorandum of understanding and other necessary legal documents
    to be executed confirming the terms and conditions of the sale. 
  • On execution of Documents with Advocate Arun Berry And YOU in reference within a period of next 7 to 10 days
    the meeting of the prospective purchaser with all the stake holders of the property involved in the sale of the property
    will be arranged and or affixed and the original papers and or documents of the property will be shown and the complete
    Xerox of all the documents will be provided to the purchaser for his due legal and commercial diligence.
  • After Due Commercial and Legal indulgence of all the parties concerned, the prospective purchaser can sign various documents
    with the owners to start the procedure of purchase of the property. 


In regards the issuance of the “Letter Of Interest”: -
  1. The LOI must clearly mention the offered purchase price the party is interested in buying the said property and the time period
    to complete the purchase of the property
  2. Secondly, the party will annex his complete profile. Together with comfort letter from the Banker and or any other evidence to
    provide evidence of their ability to complete the transaction, within that period
  3. Initially the LOI will be addressed to Advocate ARUN BERRY after approval and confirmation by the owner the party will again
    issue confirmation letter with the owners and the meeting will be arranged only after formal formalities AND Documents are executed
    and conformed with me and you.
